Products are always getting new looks. You know the drill. One day, you’ll pick up your favorite shampoo from Walgreens, and instead of sporting comic sans font and retro colors, it’s more smooth, more chic, more beautiful. As the label always promises, this product should still keep its same great taste. The new look hasn’t changed what’s inside, right?
Wrong. Today I bought a bottle of shampoo that had a “new look,” and it, in fact, tasted bad. The flavor had been lost with the old look, I guess! That shit tasted awful.
The label lied, and marketing is a sham. Don’t let new exteriors lead you to believe the thing you are buying will have its “same great taste.” That shampoo tasted terrible!
